‎‏‏‎ ‎‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ The sky broke apart with a violent thundering roar, the clouds seeped in tightening around one another in snake like coils. The deep indigo darkness filled the astral plane, whilst lightning screeched with each crack that it broke through the otherwise soft surface, splitting and reuniting at the same time. It was one of the greatest storms of all time, and Raijin was there to see it. The mountains gust with wind, and trees shook as they desperately tried to cling on to their roots. A loud savage zap quickly followed by the sparking sounds of crackling beams only lightning could make suddenly thrust toward the large cliff side. Raijin wrangled up any stray bolts, glowing white eyes of the mighty lightning dragon pierces the dark gunmetal veil. Eventually... As the storm settled, the newly born valley began to breathe it's first breath of life. Ready to grow green and fruitful. And Raijin decided that it was good. He will make a home there.

What continent would they most likely live in? Scottland or Ireland, anywhere where there's a lot of plains, and perhaps hill and moutnain structures. And they can be summoned by beautiful song.

What is a talent of theirs? It is said that Raijin has become a cocnept, a lengend, of love in his region. He can smell water sources from incredible distances, which also means the sky. He knows exactly when it will rain, and will take to the sky to dance amongst the clouds and guide the lightning bolts to ensure they stay in line. Designated each target for it to strike in precision.
Okay, so he knows storms. What does this have to do with love?

Well. Legend says that once a couples leaves him an offering, and proves how deep their love runs; if it's true, Raijin will guide them to water. If it's not meant to be he will smite them (not them directly but he will smite the stone towers or any lightning rods people have set up for this tradition if they choose to do it at home or away fromt he hills)

Struggling marriages have tried to rekindle themselves and asked for this baby boy's guidance. For them, it's the perfect middle ground. They will be tasked to take up a boat, and sail across massive bodies of water, like lakes, to the neighboring island that's part of the same land, and endure not just harsh waters on an already intense day, but also a lightning storm that Raijin is fully in control of. If they survive with a new appreciation for their life, and their spouse, then they will be okay. And it's worth trying. However. If they continue to fall out, the stronger the storm will get. And Raijin will strike the earth with fury telling them they will never learn to love one another until death does them part, and they should part ways because their disposition or expectations of a partner simply don't match, and they should find someone who does.
