If you are referring to C$, or chicken dollars, those can be obtained from either buying some yourself with real-life money, or trading for some from other players. Some users will trade C$ for pets, which is the most common way people get it if they can't pay real money for it, another option is to do art commissions for C$. There may also sometimes be C$ giveaways in the Free Adoptions board.
