Tell me a bit about your entry! : this final boss loves to take risks, and you'll need a lot of luck on your side to defeat them 🎲🎲♠️♣️♥️♦️🎰

most likely to be a platformer boss—would probably fly up in a later phase of the battle, and dealing damage would involve attacking the card supports. Also, the dice eyes can be rolled as both an attack towards the character and way to do damage to the boss by hitting them.

design notes: the dice are eyes, the 7s / slots make up part of the mouth, and the golden spade is a nose ✨

Tell me a bit about your entry! : As you walk along a seemingly endless, dark hallway you can see a faint outline of a door. It's ways ahead but you can see the faint light peering from behind it. Making your way closer, the light gets brighter and brighter until you're standing face to face with it. As you turn the handle and open it up a crack you're blinded by the light. As you regain some of your sight you see a figure that's turned to face you. It booms, "Why have you come? You don't belong here" while using it's wings to create a strong gust of wind that pushes you back and slams the door. After you regain your footing, you go to grab the handle again but your hand closes on air. Weird. What were you doing here again?

Tell me a bit about your entry! : Men have endeavored deeper into the woodlands with their machines and their weapons. With them they bring pollution, corruption, and infect the land. As the skies greyed and the trees fell, there remained one thing in their way. Every flora destroyed, every fauna trapped, struck pain into the sleeping sentinel. The guardian was awoken, and lifted from the swamp like the dead crawling from it's grave. Fresh cracks adorned it's face, sludge and muck cascaded from it's wings. The spirit of the forest has risen...

What is this shape? This heaving and sighing of lines that shimmers in and out of focus, like a far-off object on the hazy horizon? And why does it speak softly to you like a guardian promising sanctuary?
Even as you lurch forward, though you swear your feet had been stuck in place, you know you must escape the pull of the object's call. Soft orange light pulses in rhythm with your pounding heart, a warmth reaching your cheeks that dimly reminded you of being in the sun's strongest rays. As your eyes struggle to adjust to the glow you make out two shapes to each side of the orange center, the source of the blinding that made your eyes water. Were those...wings?
More whispers, more footsteps forward...You can no longer keep your body from moving, even if you wanted to resist. The glowing grows stronger around you, enveloping you in the warmth of ten suns. The orange beams turn into two colors, then five, then ten - all oscillating as it calls your name until there is nothing left but the colors, and the heat.
Perhaps next time, you won't stare into the sun for too long...
