History: As a child she was shunned because of her abilities to stay underwater for long periods of time. She decided to run away into the sea at age 6 and ran into many monsters. The next thing she remembers is washing onto the shores of Camp Half Blood.

Personality: She's very quiet and tends to keep to herself. She likes to be underwater a lot and enjoys talking with the sea creatures. She's athletic and tends to go with the flow. She's friendly and can easily hold up a conversation. She can be quite talkative when talking to people she considers a friend.

History:: Rome was raised in a rather prestigious family, and although this taught her to have utmost respect for herself, she rarely if ever allowed such a claim to corrupt her self-image or imagine herself above others. Even so, she worked hard for her success, rejecting any special treatment because of her family. This tended to draw a sort of admiration from those around her, though even that she stifled to the best of her ability. She didn't want to be famed for being a decent human being. In fact, she didn't want to be famed for anything at all. She merely wanted to go about her life and enjoy her own experiences, by her own effort. And so she did.
Personality:: A long-range thinker with her mind focused on her career, Rome is steady-paced and work-oriented. What she lacks in patience is made up for in dependability and a sense of leadership that comes as second nature to her. Outgoing yet biased in her views, she does make an effort to cast fair judgement and criticism on a situation before eventually relying on her gut instinct, which is largely driven by an impeccably logical standpoint, if not a bit temperamental.
