Hiro takes everything people say to heart, as offensive as it may be. Hes very critical of himself, being so different than everyone else. He dislikes change and only wants to be accepted by others. He's not the best at making snap decisions, wanting to think about things before he decides.

In Hiro's mind, what is his is everyone else's. He loves sharing his things, as well as sacrificing things to make others happy. Making his friends smile is what can make his day so much better, even if it costs him something important to him.
Quiet:
Speaking up in a crowd is not something Hiro does best. He'd much rather have someone come talk to him than start the conversation himself. He finds it hard to raise his voice sometimes so he's often quiet, even in stressful situations.
