Hover over a pet to see its exact archive location

I organize my pets in groups to match the archive. Sometimes, I can't tell where to sort a pet just by looking at the month/year. For example, there are 4 groups for pets born in April: CS birthday, Easter, April Fool's, and the regular April month pets.

Suggestion
My suggestion would be to have an "archive location" label that shows what year and month/event a pet is from by hovering over the pet. It would very similar to the exact Date of Birth (DOB) label that already exists. The format would look like: '22 Oct. or '19 Halloween. Even though events can't be abbreviated like months, they shouldn't take up too much space.

Overview

• Would only be visible on pets you own, just like the current exact DOB label
• Could be disabled in the "Change pet display settings"
• On the mobile version, clicking the date would show the exact DOB and "archive location" label at the same time.

Debate
Should the label include a link? Should the link be on the pet page? I originally suggested 'no' in order to make adding this feature easier for Nick, but many other people want a link to the archive.

I wonder if it could be included in the pet's profile, like how the PPS label and its birthday are. I really like this idea, as I am constantly going to the archive to know how to sort my pets.

Absolutely support! I'm constantly putting off sorting through my finds because I don't have the energy to trawl through the archive to see if it's a holiday/event pet or a normal monthly pet. Even just a label on the profile would make a huge difference.

definitely support!! i often find myself having to go back to the archives for re-released pets, and my wishlist makes it so difficult to navigate sometimes. it'll only get more crazy with more pets being released over the years, so i think this would be super helpful.

support!! as someone with extremely sorted groups, this would make it a lot easier whenever i get a rerelease or, as you said, a pet from a month that also had multiple events alongside the monthly releases. i think having no link to the archive is a great solution to make it easier to code, especially since if you already know where it is in the archive, going to it yourself isn't very difficult. it's a minor QoL change, but one that i think would make sorting pets a lot more enjoyable for many players, especially those who have just given up entirely on sorting b/c of having to flip back to the archive too much
