Perth Happens to be a Very Relaxed Plumerian, He tries to Keep a Smile Upon his Face at all time, keeping in his Feeling at the cost of making everyone happy and know that there isn't a problem. Because Perth is deaf, He doesn't talk, and he can't use sign language Either because he has paws, So to understand him you must watch his body language. Perth doesn't Understand his Hearing Disability Fully, so he questions himself about it every once in a while causing him to space out.

Perth walked into the large hall, which was asleep
by the judgement of day outside. Carefully hauling
his luggage a good 4-5 inches from the ground, he
headed with light footsteps to his room number, '823'.

As he had read up on the occupant chart, he would have a
room mate, as the room had the 'PARTIALLY OCCUPIED' sign
stamped above it.
This wouldn't bother him, after all he couldn't
hear them if they were too loud, and by nature didn't
go into other's business, despite his rowdy actions when

As a human, he would be around the age of 18.

As a child, I wasn't liked. My mother had left me with my step-father,
the one who has caused this all. They argued a lot, and most of the time,
someone would get hurt. Every night I heard my mother cry wanting to go
back- back to when everything was fine- to when life wasn't a fight for
survival. Then came the day when my mother could not take it anymore.
She took her items and belongings and left us. My step-father got remarried
not long afterwards. I had to live in torture and loudness, with my new
step-mom and my step-siblings. Everyday I would wake up to shouting and
screaming, but each day I woke up it sounded quieter and quieter. One
morning, I woke up to almost no sound. I could only hear whispers. Suddenly,
my step-father came into my room and started to yell at me. I could only tell
by his expression and his mouth. My vision went dark and I woke up in a hospital
bed, covered by a soft blue blanket with tons of eyes staring at me.

The doctor told us that I was going deaf and nothing could prevent it. The
only way I knew was because the doctor was kind and wrote it on a paper so
I could know. My step-father sent me away, as he didn't want to do with a deaf child.
He sent me away, to a better place, to my mother's house. When I arrived there,
my mother was so glad- grateful, but when I didn't reply to her questions, she knew
something was wrong. I wrote on a piece of paper about all that had happened and
she apologized for all that I went through. I now live at her house, safe and sound
without any harm.
