I think golden gradient feathers coming from his white patches, silver gradient feathers coming from his colored patches could be absolutely gorgeous, here's some examples I made! I added flecking and speckles to my feathers but I know that would be a pain to replicate on all of the individual feathers, so that's optional <3 If you pick my design, feel free to tweak the palette!
