Eh - Himalayan
The "Himalayan" marking causes
the Eumelanin (B Locus) to appear
on the "points" of the setter (the
feet, ears, nose, and tail). The rest
of the body will be the Phaeomelanin.

sv - Vormela
Causes a unique "marbled" effect
on the white, and is often
accompanied by a white ring around
the face and another crescent around
their head/ears

sd - Dutch White
An almost belt-like marking around
the torso of the setter, causing both
front legs to be white. Similar to an
extended version of irish white. White
should be present on the face and hind
legs as well, however not along the
belly or tail.

Ad - Dorsal Stripe
A long stripe along the setter's spine.
It can be solid or blended into the coat.
In extreme cases it reaches down to
the tip of the taip and up behind the
ears/onto the forehead.

KC_ - Double Red
This gene causes the B locus to
appear as another C Locus, or tinting
the B locus with a C Locus. They need
both alleles to complete the gene,
however it can appear faulty with a
single allele ending in ky. Geno's are
written as a Rec. Red gene would be.

Kc_ky - "Tinted" (Will only tint as Dark

Kw - Wildebeest
A pattern of brindling that only
appears along the neck and
shoulders, as well as giving
a pseudo-masking effect over the
entire face, the underside of the
tail and bottom, and the top-side
of the ears. Brindling may occure
along the front portion of the
ribcage and on the flank. Puppies
only exhibit the pseudo-masking.

Tb - Birdcatcher
Similar to the marking in horses,
small white dots of varying
shapes and sizes scattered
around the Setter's coat. No
white is needed for it to show.

us - Smoke
Similar to silver shading or
"Smoke" found in felines, this
causes lighter markings to
appear across the coat.
More commonly placed at the
face, neck, chest, stomach,
tail, and legs.

so - Ocean Modifier
Modifies the white to appear
asymetrical, and unsystematic.
This is a recessive gene and
when appearing as soso can
look like any form of white
