I promise you aren't a disappointment. First of all, hell, your art is incredible. Second of all, even if 1% of the human race thought you sucked that still leaves several millions of people who like or love you. And lastly, keeping a bad mind set isn't helpful, fight through it, dark times can't be avoided but they can be won.
