Owl Queen Character Ponified (Design experiment)

This is the queen of a kingdom from a story i made up in which all birds of prey are sacred.

She is the pony version of the goddess of owls.

This is not meant to be an MLP OC, but a pony version of a character in a story i am writing. The actual character in the story looks human with owl wings.
