nothing too complicated since im just playing with styles
another experiment in kinda-cel-shaded instead of my usual soft shaded style
its fun to play with temporarily, but im not really sure if I like it (visually or in practice) more than my usual style, I suppose its more colorful and feels less? Messy. especially in oekaki when brushes are a little more limited than my usual art program, but compared to my normal shading its definitely more simple so it feels like its missing something, but admittedly I can leave that as a fault of lack of experience with the approach on my behalf more than anything
I guess im just trying to assess if its worth investing more time into in comparison to normal

On a marginally better note, this wasn't tedious to draw like everything else this week has felt, so im hoping it means my little mini-funk is over, hopefully in time for christmas gifts.

looks so great! I agree that i have mixed feelings about cel shading now that ive been soft shading more often here lately. Sometimes i make a compromise and go with soft edged cel shading. x)
